The low-flatbed trailer recently purchased by our Malawi customer has been completed and has arrived at the port ready for shipment.
Our company is Established in 2003, we manufacture trailers more than 20 years, real factory with CCC BV ISO WMI certificates and experience in exporting , we can design and manufacture according to customers’ requests.
The whole trailer is strictly quality control, even a small parts is detected. In order to provide customers with the most economical solution,we will choose 2 axle or 3 axle according to the media and loading capacity. Electric pipe and gas pipe will be detected well before leave factory, 6 big braking tanks ensures very good function of brake. The tires is wearproof and high temperature resistance selected specially for the Africa road conditions. The main beam use the best manganese steel Q345 to ensure the strength and toughness of the vehicle. China standard beam 12mm、14mm、6mm,considering your road condition and working environment of trailer, recommend you strong main beam，Q345B,14mm、16mm、8mm，Side beam16mm channel steel or I shaped steel, We will provide the trailer spare parts list and some easy broken parts with the tankers such as tail lamp, bush, tighteners, quick couplings that is easier for the customer to replace.
In terms of international cooperation, we plan to expand the scope of our quality certifications to cover more regional standards, such as ANSI/ASME standards in North America and ADR standards in the European Union, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of our low-flatbed trailers in the global market. We also plan to collaborate with local logistics partners in key target markets to provide door-to-door quality inspection and after-sales support, ensuring that the quality of our port deliveries remains consistent throughout the customer's entire usage cycle.
