Use Howo nx mixer truck concrete loading and unloading precaution
Our Sinotruk howo Concrete mixer is a special equipment for transporting ready-mixed concrete. Users should load reasonably according to the specific gravity of concrete, mortar and other construction materials used in order to meet the requirements of national and industry standards for transport vehicles. This article lists the precautions of HOWO concrete mixer when loading and unloading concrete.
Loading of concrete
l After the Sinotruk howo mixer truck reaches the mixing station and before loading, it should first check whether there is water or other foreign matter in the tank. If so, it should be drained clean.
l Find the problem. When the engine is idling, turn the handle to an appropriate position on the feed side and reasonably determine the speed of the mixing drum according to the actual situation of the mixing station site.
l After loading is completed, turn the operating handle of Sinotruk howo mixer to the stirring position and lower the material tank baffle.
Concrete transportation
l The mixing drum shall not stop during the transportation of concrete to avoid segregation of concrete.
l The mixing truck should maintain a reasonable speed (not more than 50km/h) during transportation, and the speed should not be too fast when turning, otherwise there is a risk of overturning.
l When the mixer is running, the discharge trough should be locked, and the extension trough should be placed in a fixed position and fastened to prevent damage to other pedestrians or vehicles.
Concrete unloading
1. After the Howo mixer arrives at the construction site, turn the handle to an appropriate position on the feed side and rotate the mixing cylinder for 1-3 minutes to mix the concrete evenly.
2. After adjusting the height and Angle of the discharge trough to align with the discharge point, open the baffle.
3. Move the handle to the discharge position to unload the concrete.
4. After unloading, turn the handle to the stop position to make the Sinotruk howo mixer tank stop rotating.
5. Wash the hopper, main trough and extension trough of Sinotruk howo mixer truck with water in the construction site to prevent residual concrete from falling onto the road and affecting environmental cleanliness.
6. Fold up and fix the main slot, put the extended slot into the fixed position and tighten it, cover the plate, and prepare for the next transportation.
