Recently, six low-flatbed transport vehicles ordered by a Guinean customer were successfully manufactured and rolled off the production line at our low-flatbed production base. This customer, a local logistics and transportation company in Guinea, proactively contacted us to express their intention to purchase the vehicles due to needs for port equipment transshipment and cross-regional allocation of heavy construction machinery. They also specified requirements for the load-bearing stability and corrosion resistance of the low-flatbed transport vehicles under ultra-long-distance transportation, undulating road conditions, and the high salt spray environment of the coastal region.
Upon receiving the order, our technical team conducted frame corrosion reinforcement and suspension system optimization upgrades on these six low-flatbed transport vehicles, taking into account the alternating high temperatures of Guinea's dry season, high humidity of the rainy season, and some unpaved road sections.
In terms of configuration, these low-flatbed transport vehicles are equipped with Weichai WP series high-pressure common rail engines, balancing low-speed high torque with economical fuel consumption, adapting to the needs of heavy-load starts and long-distance cruising; matched with Fast 9-speed heavy-duty transmissions, ensuring smooth shifting and stable power transmission; and using Double Coin low-profile tires, providing a large contact area and even load distribution, which helps improve stability under heavy loads. Featuring a reinforced drive-through chassis and an adjustable modular flatbed platform, these low-bed trailers demonstrate excellent performance in terms of loading adaptability, road maneuverability, and uptime efficiency.
Throughout the production and delivery process, our company provided full-process tracking services. During the final vehicle acceptance inspection, the customer stated that the performance of these low-bed trailers exceeded expectations and expressed their appreciation for our expertise in low-bed transport scenarios, expressing great satisfaction.
