Recently, the head of a logistics company in Cameroon submitted an inquiry through our company's website, expressing interest in purchasing 3-axle semi-trailers. Following initial email communication, the client recently arrived in China to visit our semi-trailer production base for an on-site inspection.

During the discussions, the client stated that their fleet primarily transports agricultural products and building materials, mainly on ordinary highways and some unpaved roads. The 3-axle 40-ton semi-trailers they plan to purchase must meet three requirements: a rated load capacity of 40 tons; easily removable cargo pillars to accommodate loading and unloading of goods of varying heights; and a stable and reliable suspension and braking system suitable for the local rainy and humid climate.

Our technicians explained each feature in detail. Regarding load capacity, the main longitudinal beams are made of T700 high-strength steel, with a web height of 480mm, a through-beam structure, and a through-beam spacing of 300mm. The client verified the material certification documents. As for the cargo box, the pillars feature an insert-type design, and the client personally operated the insert and remove mechanism, as well as the side panel opening and closing, with a smooth process. Regarding suspension and braking, the vehicle is equipped with a three-axle drum axle and a dual-circuit air braking system. The customer reviewed the braking response test records.

During the visit, the customer noticed that work instructions and inspection records were posted at each workstation. They randomly inspected the welding appearance and piping layout of two vehicles in the finished product inspection area. After the inspection, both parties confirmed the initial order for 3-axle 40-ton semi-trailers.
