date:2025-10-17
Howo Truck Export recently delivered 10units customized Howo dump trucks to a Ghana customer. The trucks have been loaded and shipped, and are expected to arrive at the Port of Tema soon. This delivery further strengthens Howo Truck Export's market position in supporting infrastructure and logistics in West Africa.

This Ghana customer primarily engages in the transport of sand and gravel construction materials and earthmoving contracting, with daily operations covering urban construction sites and suburban mining roads. Based on the customer's requirements for vehicle load-carrying capacity, unloading efficiency, and compatibility with unpaved roads, the Howo Truck Export engineering team implemented several targeted improvements to these dump trucks:

The Sinotruk Howo Dump Truck frame is constructed of high-strength alloy steel and has been reinforced in areas to withstand frequent lifting and heavy loads. The tipper truck cargo box features wear-resistant lining on both the floor and side panels, effectively extending its service life. The Howo dump truck is equipped with a high-torque engine and a multi-speed transmission. Combined with a reinforced drive axle and large-size off-highway tires, the truck's ability to maneuver on muddy and uneven roads is enhanced. The howo 6x4 dump truck's hydraulic lift system has been optimized to ensure smooth and fast unloading, and the lift angle can be adjusted according to actual working conditions.

In terms of compliance, these dump trucks fully comply with local Ghana vehicle dimensions and axle load standards, ensuring that customers comply with regulatory requirements during vehicle registration and daily operations.
Before shipment, our quality inspectors meticulously tested key components of the new dump trucks, including the frame structure, hydraulic system, electrical wiring, and powertrain, to ensure they can withstand demanding operating environments upon delivery.

These dump trucks will primarily be used for sand and gravel transportation, earthwork stripping, and construction site material transfer in Ghana, helping to improve customer efficiency and capacity in resource transportation.
