Sinotruk Howo 10 Wheeler Water Tanker Truck is a vehicle used for watering urban streets and mining site. The water tanker truck is equipped with front flushing (spraying) and rear sprinkling, with side spraying, a working platform behind the tank, and a greening sprinkler cannon installed on the platform. The sprinkler cannon can rotate 360° and can be continuously adjusted to straight flushing, columnar or mist. The range is 15-30 meters, the water sprinkling width is ≧14 meters, with safety guardrails, equipped with Hangzhou Weilong sprinkler pump or Suizhou sprinkler pump, the pump can be self-priming and self-draining, installed with a filter, with a fire interface, can be fed through a fire hydrant, with a self-flow valve, and an optional 20-meter greening reel can be installed on the vehicle. Pesticides can be sprayed, and the tank is sprayed with metallic paint.

1. Tank body

The tank body structure of the water sprinkler truck is elliptical or square, made of steel plate. The water tank of the whole vehicle tank body is 2-3 chambers, and there is a through hole at the lower end of the middle partition. The partition inside the tank has a wave-proof function. To reduce the impact of the liquid in the tank when the car is driving. An anti-rotation plate is installed at the water outlet to prevent the vortex from affecting the water pressure when sprinkling water. 2. Tank mouth

Special power take-off that matches the gearbox of each model, pneumatically or manually operated, pull the operating switch backward, the power take-off gear enters the meshing position, drives the water pump to work through the transmission shaft, and the switch returns forward, and the water pump stops working.

4. Water pump

The self-priming impeller pump is a special pump for water sprinkler trucks.

5. Ball valve

The water sprinkler truck is equipped with 7 Φ50mm stainless steel ball valves, 7, 8, 9, and 10 in Figure 1 are used to adjust the water spraying. One Φ50mm aluminum tank ball valve, 4 in Figure 1, is used to control pumping or water spraying. It is opened when pumping and closed when spraying. One Φ65mm fire ball valve can be connected to the fire hose for emergency fire extinguishing.

6. Sprinkler

The water sprinkler truck has a duckbill nozzle or a round-headed flushing nozzle in front, a cylindrical sprinkler weight at the back, and a side-spraying lotus head. An anti-aircraft spray gun is installed at the rear of the car.

Sprinklers are generally used to wash streets, remove dust and cool down. The spray direction and angle of the sprinkler can be changed by adjusting the nozzle thread. The high-altitude spray gun can be used for urban and rural landscaping and emergency fire trucks. The puff nozzle can wash away the dust stirred up by the sprinkler in the middle of the road, playing a role in cleaning the air.
